This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Monitor and document GCP privacy incidents within RDQ following established protocols and workflows.
• Oversee a shared Privacy mailbox and associated communications, ensuring timely tracking and follow-up of relevant items.
• Assist in Privacy Event Management, including initial evaluations, guidance through resolution, and final documentation.
• Evaluate privacy risks and contribute to the implementation of suitable mitigation measures.
• Offer documentation and coordination assistance to the RDQ Governance & Risk Management team.
• Develop, construct, and maintain a centralized SharePoint site for the RDQ Governance & Risk Management team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in a regulated setting (e.g., Quality, Compliance, Privacy, Clinical Operations, or similar).
• Familiarity with GDPR and global privacy regulations, with experience in pharmaceutical R&D (Preferred).
• Experience in coordinating, documenting, or enabling activities.
• Excellent organizational and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate a strong attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion when dealing with sensitive privacy and quality information.
• Previous experience in creating, organizing, or maintaining SharePoint sites or similar collaboration platforms.
