This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Create new algorithm-driven features for LiftLab’s marketing measurement and optimization platform.
• Conduct diagnostics and root-cause analyses, providing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to integrate these features into LiftLab's products and workflows.
• A graduate degree in Applied Mathematics, Scientific Computing, Operations Research, or a related discipline. Candidates with Bachelor’s degrees and relevant experience will also be considered.
• A strong engineering and analytical mindset.
• Capability to diagnose data and existing algorithms, as well as to create new analytical functionalities.
• A pragmatic approach to addressing real-world challenges.
• Emphasis on problem-solving rather than strictly adhering to specific models.
• Openness to making approximations and assumptions instead of seeking the “optimal” solution.
• Proficiency in combining various techniques and models to tackle end-to-end problems.
