R&D Consultant, All Levels

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage prospective clients by demonstrating quick understanding, strong business insight, and the ability to adapt to various scenarios.

• Evaluate clients’ products and projects to uncover their innovation potential.

• Convert product-development notes and initial project concepts into well-structured, persuasive, and technically precise funding applications in German.

• Interact verbally and in writing with founders, CTOs/CPOs, and other stakeholders regarding their projects.

• Offer thorough support to clients throughout the funding disbursement process.

• Assume responsibility for client relationships and ensure client success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant experience in software development or related technical projects.

• A keen interest in emerging technologies, trends, and software tools.

• A completed master’s degree in a technical or scientific discipline, preferably in computer science, mechanical engineering, or a natural science.

• Proficiency in German at an advanced, near-native level.

• Fluent in English.

• A solid grasp of business concepts along with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Experience in a startup environment is advantageous.
