RCM Performance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the overall performance of the ambulatory revenue cycle from start to finish.

• Create dashboards and reports, such as Days in A/R, denial rates, and clean claim rates.

• Detect trends and deliver actionable insights.

• Conduct root cause analysis on denials and revenue loss.

• Work in partnership with operations, billing, and coding teams.

• Track payer performance and reimbursement trends.

• Assist in optimizing urgent care workflows.

• Contribute to automation and improvements in reporting.

• Ensure adherence to coding and payer regulations.

• Engage in audits and provide ad hoc reporting.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a relevant combination of education and experience.

• Five years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle analytics.

• Strong comprehension of the complete revenue cycle.

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or comparable tools.

• Familiarity with EHR/PM systems.

• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.

• Preferred: Background in urgent care or high-volume outpatient environments.

• Proficient in Power BI.

• Experience with Snowflake.

• Familiarity with VisiQuate.

• Understanding of urgent care billing specifics.

• Relevant certifications (HFMA, CPC, CRCR).
