This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Participate in sales calls and demonstrations where RCM is discussed, serving as the subject matter expert and assisting prospects in recognizing the value of Overjet's RCM solutions.
• Collaborate with existing Overjet clients to pinpoint and implement RCM upsell opportunities, fostering relationships with leadership in dental offices and central offices.
• Take ownership of the complete RCM activation process, including onboarding, implementation, and training for newly converted clients.
• Create and enhance scalable activation procedures that reduce time-to-value and prepare practices for enduring RCM success.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with accounts after activation to ensure strong usage, satisfaction, and readiness for further expansion.
• Work closely with the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to gather customer feedback and enhance the RCM experience.
• Meet individual metrics and KPIs related to pipeline contribution, activation speed, and post-launch engagement.
• Utilize the total office concept, ensuring that every pertinent member of the dental office team—from front desk to billing—is engaged and trained on RCM workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or substantial equivalent experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in customer success, implementation, or revenue cycle management within a B2B SaaS or healthcare technology setting.
• Proven track record with upsells, expansions, or consultative sales approaches.
• Strong preference for familiarity with dental or medical billing, RCM workflows, or insurance processes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort in presenting during sales calls and executive discussions.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple activations concurrently.
• Eagerness to learn about artificial intelligence, dentistry, and the evolving landscape of RCM.
