RCM Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete client onboarding process for new RCM platform implementations, from the initial kickoff to go-live and early stabilization phases.

• Create and manage implementation project plans, timelines, and milestone trackers.

• Set up client accounts, workflow configurations, and system preferences tailored to practice type and specialty.

• Facilitate training sessions (both virtual and in-person) for clinical and administrative personnel on RCM platform functionalities and billing workflows.

• Act as the main client liaison during the implementation process, managing expectations and addressing issues as necessary.

• Collaborate with internal teams (product, support, coding, credentialing) to meet client-specific setup needs.

• Aid clients in aligning their existing workflows with the platform’s capabilities.

• Ensure precise project documentation, meeting records, and client-facing materials are maintained within project management and CRM tools.

• Contribute to the creation of onboarding templates, training manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Monitor implementation metrics and proactively alert management to any risks or delays in timelines.

• Support the RCM consulting team in collecting data requests and producing deliverables for data evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or practice management.

• At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing implementation, onboarding, or training role.

• Familiarity with RCM essentials: basic CPT/ICD-10 coding, claim lifecycle, ERA/EOB processing, and denial management.
