This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Take the lead in managing end-to-end client implementations, particularly for accounts that are either complex or highly visible.
• Oversee timelines, deliverables, and outcomes of implementations, ensuring all tasks are executed with precision and within deadlines.
• Facilitate discussions and decision-making processes with clients and brokers regarding benefit design, services, and the implementation strategy.
• Proactively handle risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations; provide updates on status and timelines at a strategic level.
• Coordinate across functions to ensure a smooth and high-quality implementation experience.
• Resolve intricate client-specific or technical challenges promptly by collaborating with internal teams.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of products, operational capabilities, and implementation procedures.
• Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing implementation tools, workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Act as a mentor and resource for Implementation Manager I team members, promoting best practices and quality standards.
• Keep implementation plans, trackers, and documentation organized (e.g., Smartsheet, status trackers, implementation folders).
• Monitor implementation milestones and notify senior implementation team members of any risks or delays.
• Ensure that deliverables are completed punctually and documented correctly.
• Keep internal stakeholders updated on the status of implementations and any changes that arise.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, and internal teams to ensure alignment on client needs and sold products/services.
• Coordinate the involvement of internal subject matter experts during implementation calls as necessary.
• Guarantee accurate handoff and information sharing among teams throughout the implementation process.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation in implementation tools.
• Adhere to established implementation workflows, templates, and best practices.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing feedback on tools, templates, and the client experience.
• AA/BA in Business Administration, Healthcare Informatics, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in implementations, project management, client onboarding, or similar roles.
• A minimum of 3 years of project management experience with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
• Proficient in workplace tools such as Smartsheet, RFPio, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, MS Office Suite, etc.
• Background in healthcare, benefits administration, insurance, or professional services.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage ambiguity effectively.
• Exceptional client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong presentation capabilities.
