RCM Customer Service Support Representative, 10am-7pm EST

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Handle over 80 incoming calls daily from patients, healthcare providers, or private insurance companies.

• Set up payment plans for patients with unpaid balances.

• Consistently employ various resources to address patient concerns during calls.

• Achieve and maintain performance targets.

• Gain proficiency in processes following a comprehensive training program.

• Collaborate with external clients and internal staff to address customer questions.

• Deliver product training and manage a diverse range of inquiries.

• Ensure a top-notch customer experience.

• Assist the Revenue Cycle Management Division in delivering patient customer service operations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED.

• At least one year of customer service experience.

• Capacity to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong attention to detail and concentration.

• Ability to perform effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Proficiency in navigating multiple computer interfaces and applications.

• Competence in alpha-numeric data entry.

• Strong communication skills.

• Enthusiastic and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

• Proactive in finding solutions to complex patient billing challenges.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST; training hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
