RCM, Collections Specialist, Medical Biller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Submits invoices to payers in a timely and accurate manner for products and services rendered.

• Comprehends the terms and fee schedule associated with all contracts.

• Accurately assesses quantities and pricing for billed medications.

• Confirms that services and products are properly authorized.

• Reviews received payments for accuracy and ensures they are applied correctly.

• Follows up on submitted invoices to guarantee prompt and timely payments.

• Sends correspondence when insurance companies fail to make payments within a reasonable period.

• Ensures adherence to policies and guidelines specified in contract terms.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• 0 – 6 months of prior experience in Infusion Reimbursement or Intake/Admissions.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word.
