📋 Description

• Conduct both inbound and outbound collection calls at every stage of delinquency.

• Investigate, identify, and resolve issues that lead to customer delinquency.

• Keep precise and comprehensive records of all customer interactions and account activities.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing complex account issues, discrepancies, and disputes.

• Review accounts to verify compliance with internal policies, investor requirements, and relevant regulatory standards.

• Analyze borrower financials to establish suitable payment arrangements or retention options.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• 1–3 years of mortgage service experience alongside high-volume collections experience.

• Goal-oriented with the capability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a keen attention to detail.

• Call center experience is preferred.

• Understanding of collections procedures and best practices.

• Strong knowledge of state and federal Fair Debt Collection Laws, U.S. Bankruptcy Code, and related bankruptcy procedures/regulations.
