This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collect payments to minimize overall portfolio delinquency in accordance with investor, state, and federal guidelines.
β’ Engage in outbound dialer campaigns and adhere to established telephone standards, investor rules and regulations, compliance criteria, internal policies and guidelines, and best practices.
β’ Deliver exceptional customer service and exhibit the ability to de-escalate situations as necessary.
β’ Evaluate the reasons for delinquency to identify the quickest path to a performing loan by acquiring the necessary knowledge to discuss workout options.
β’ Participate in initial and ongoing training while adapting to changes in industry regulations and processes.
β’ Carry out additional duties as assigned.
β’ High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
β’ College courses in Finance and Accounting are strongly preferred.
β’ At least two years of experience in consumer relations, customer service, or collections roles in a high-volume call center environment.
β’ A dedicated workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection is necessary.
β’ Highly organized and detail-oriented; capable of thriving in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting.
β’ Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
β’ Availability to work weekends and overtime, as required.
β’ General computer proficiency is required.
β’ Ability to multi-task is highly recommended.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based programs, and third-party software applications is required.
