RCM Account Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee daily client relationships

• Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Work collaboratively with internal teams for billing, coding, and collections

• Resolve payer issues and address operational challenges

• Create action plans to enhance financial results

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in revenue cycle management, medical billing, or healthcare account management

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, or equivalent professional experience

• Knowledge of RCM software (e.g., NextGen, Athena, eClinicalWorks, Waystar)

• Comprehensive understanding of medical billing, coding (CPT, ICD-10), insurance verification, and reimbursement processes
