This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Prepare for upcoming Casper rating tasks and perform regular operational checks.
• Oversee rating activities and ensure work progresses in line with timelines and expectations.
• Address inquiries from Casper raters and act as the main point of contact on a daily basis.
• Investigate reasons for any missed actions and resolve typical operational challenges.
• Update records in operational systems as needed.
• Accurately complete recurring rating operations on schedule.
• Keep process documentation clear, precise, and helpful.
• Recognize patterns, recurring issues, and eliminate unnecessary manual steps.
• Utilize AI, automation, and other tools to streamline and enhance recurring tasks.
• Escalate issues when required and collaborate with teammates as well as teams across Research, Product, and Operations.
• Assist in delivering consistent and reliable Casper results at scale.
• Professional proficiency in both English and French.
• Canadian residency along with valid work authorization.
• Organized, dependable, and capable of tracking details and adhering to processes.
• Strong focus on detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable with structured and repetitive tasks.
• Proficient in investigating unexpected issues and gathering necessary information.
• Clear and thoughtful communication abilities.
• Familiarity with AI tools or a willingness to develop proficiency in them.
• Experience in operations, administration, customer support, education, data entry, coordination, hospitality, or similar fields where organization, accuracy, and reliability are crucial is advantageous.
• Ability to learn processes, systems, timelines, and quality checks.
• Capacity to exercise good judgment, work independently within defined scope, and escalate issues when necessary.
