Range Installation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Travel to install, calibrate, and test driving range installations to ensure they meet expectations.

• Collaborate directly with the Trackman Range Project Manager to confirm that all project requirements and prerequisites are fulfilled before installation.

• Travel to troubleshoot and conduct maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction with our products.

• Support the Trackman Operations team with additional tasks when not on-site for installations.

• Execute high-quality, end-to-end installations of Trackman Range technology.

• Foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

• Provide client support in accordance with our existing policies and agreements.

• Develop best practices and innovative strategies related to product installations.

• Assist the Trackman Operations team with various tasks to enhance the Trackman business.

• Lead by example, showcasing an attitude of safety, cost management, asset stewardship, and professionalism to all indirect reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally; approximately 4 days a week.

• Japanese Language proficiency: native-level reading, writing, and speaking.

• Excellent organizational, communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

• Practical experience in project coordination and installations.

• Proficient in using necessary hand tools, and securing and terminating wires/cables.

• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, including network and server setup (preferred).

• A strong passion, drive, exceptional work ethic, and capability to initiate tasks without direct supervision.

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Demonstrated self-motivation and willingness to exceed expectations.

• Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently.

• Consideration for others' perspectives and strong listening skills.

• Successful completion of a background check.

• Preferably: English Language proficiency: comfortable in reading, writing, and speaking.

• Experience in the local golf industry.

• Familiarity with Monday.com.

• Advanced computer skills: Windows 11, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.
