This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Accountable for the business management of prescribing and referring physicians.
• Foster relationships and develop as well as implement business strategies.
• Assist in product accessibility while nurturing and expanding crucial partnerships with account stakeholders.
• Create and utilize tailored tools and approaches to engage healthcare professionals within the designated territory accounts.
• Consistently exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the territory's market dynamics, competitors, and proactively anticipate changes in the environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Over 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries that involve large, geographically dispersed sales teams within the past 5 years.
• At least 1 year of experience in oncology, urology, nuclear medicine, medical devices, or complex therapeutics.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with prostate or buy-and-bill therapeutic knowledge within the last 5 years.
• Strong capability to collaborate and work effectively across functions within a matrix organization.
• A self-motivated individual with analytical skills to identify, prioritize, and leverage pertinent information for problem-solving.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel 60-80% across a wide geographical area is essential.
