This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Accountable for the business management of prescribing and referring physicians.
• Cultivate relationships and develop as well as implement business strategies for designated territories.
• Facilitate product accessibility and execute competitive response and pull-through tactics.
• Create and utilize tailored tools and strategies to secure adequate access for engaging with healthcare professional (HCP) targets.
• Proficient in employing sales data reporting tools to analyze trends and derive customer insights.
• Consistently exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the territory's market landscape, including competitors and market segments/dynamics.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured sectors with extensive, geographically dispersed sales teams in the past 5 years.
• At least 1 year of experience in oncology, urology, nuclear medicine, medical devices, or complex therapeutics.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in prostate, neuroendocrine tumors, or buy-and-bill therapeutic experience within the last 5 years.
• Excellent ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally within a matrix environment.
• A proactive self-starter with analytical skills to identify, prioritize, and apply pertinent information to address challenges.
