This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure the smooth operation of imaging and surgical workflows.
• Analyze workflows and data to diagnose reported issues.
• Construct, test, and validate modifications in Epic Radiant.
• Assist with OpTime and Cardiology interface workqueues as necessary.
• Prepare upgrade documentation and build, testing modifications prior to go-live.
• Clearly document requirements, build decisions, and test outcomes.
• Deliver assigned tasks in accordance with SLAs, quality benchmarks, and performance expectations.
• Proactively identify potential issues and escalate them when risks surpass defined thresholds.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities.
• Minimum of 2 years experience delivering targeted analyst work focused on problem solving, requirements gathering, testing, and solution implementation.
• Active Epic Radiant and Epic OpTime certifications are required at the time of hire.
• Practical Radiant experience combined with knowledge of operational and clinical workflows.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work independently and remain self-sufficient in Radiant.
• Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
