This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Employ robust quantitative methodologies for research, evaluation, and technical assistance initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• Oversee daily project tasks and operations in both task-lead and project director capacities.
• Identify and conceptualize issues while pinpointing relevant research and evaluation inquiries in human and community development.
• Lead or play a significant role in the collection and analysis of data.
• Conduct field-based data collection efforts.
• Report on study progress and findings clearly.
• Foster strong and collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• PhD in a related field or a master’s degree accompanied by at least 4 years of relevant applied research experience.
• Proven dedication to promoting evidence through comprehensive research and evaluation.
• Familiarity with and experience in topics related to human and community development.
• Experience in designing research and evaluation protocols, including study design, data collection, and analytical plans.
• Proficient in applying rigorous quantitative methodologies, encompassing experimental and quasi-experimental techniques.
• Ability to translate conceptual or policy-related inquiries into actionable work plans, timelines, and analytical strategies.
• Preferred experience with complex data integration and data visualization, including the creation and utilization of analytical dashboards, but not mandatory.
• Preferred experience with rigorous qualitative methods, but not mandatory.
