Community Management Consultant – Russian/English Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Generate ideas for activities, opportunities, and content aimed at inspiring or expanding the community.

• Create and implement weekly and quarterly content calendars, engagement scripts, and strategic plans.

• Oversee and engage with customers through various social media platforms.

• Establish practices and enhancements for effective social media and community management.

• Address occasional community challenges or manage escalations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both Russian and English.

• Knowledge of PvP (Player versus Player) shooter games.

• At least 4 years of experience in social or community management.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities, creative writing, and editorial skills.

• Active and professional experience with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, and X.

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
