This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Expand community membership through engaging content, social media promotion, and member involvement.
• Execute promotional campaigns on LinkedIn, email, partner networks, and various community platforms.
• Enhance growth by establishing partnerships, referrals, shareable campaigns, and optimizing funnel efficiency.
• Create, manage, or supervise content that raises awareness, encourages engagement, and aids membership growth across diverse formats.
• Oversee the LinkedIn presence, thought leadership initiatives, social distribution, and participation in forums.
• Support SEO efforts through content development, landing page creation, and continuous optimization.
• Manage website updates, landing pages, messaging, and conversion enhancements in collaboration with our platform vendor.
• Administer and implement the OnPoint Community Program and budget, ensuring it provides value to members and aligns with strategic objectives.
• Monitor ROI across various channels, maintain accurate membership databases, and track key engagement metrics to refine strategy and boost performance.
• Plan and facilitate webinars, roundtables, and small community events that enhance connections (primarily virtual).
• Actively utilize AI tools to enhance speed, creativity, content production, research, experimentation, and overall execution.
• Background: 4–6 years of marketing experience in B2B technology, preferably in SaaS. Experience in legal, legal tech, or legal operations is advantageous.
• Growth and Acquisition: Proven experience in growth, community, or content marketing, with a successful record of expanding audiences, memberships, or user communities. Proficient in paid acquisition, channel testing, LinkedIn marketing, SEO, content strategy, and digital distribution.
• Content & Web: Excellent writing and storytelling abilities; experienced in content creation and possesses basic design skills (PowerPoint, web). Video/podcast editing and advanced design skills are a plus.
• Community & Events: Proficient in event planning, relationship-building, and client interaction; enjoys engaging with customers and fostering connections.
• Competency with tools and AI Fluency: Passionate about using technology and highly skilled with office, content, and common marketing tools. Strong interest in AI and regular utilization of AI tools in work and daily activities.
• Strong execution and proactive: Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented; a proactive problem solver.
• Excellent communicator capable of cross-functional collaboration and representing the community program both internally and externally.
