This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Accountable for supporting Volkswagen Dealerships in vehicle repair operations.
• Ensure all service workshops comply with Volkswagen's repair standards.
• Oversee and guide the repair logic and diagnosis for 3rd level Volkswagen Technical Assistance (VTA) cases.
• Identify and report any emerging quality issues related to both new and in-service vehicles.
• Assess and implement strategies to reduce instances of repeat repairs.
• Ensure that Dealership Technicians receive adequate training for the repairs assigned to them.
• Verify that diagnostic and special tools are available and up to date.
• Enhance workshop processes and conduct mystery shopping assessments.
• 5-7 years of experience in the Service Department of either retail or wholesale automotive operations.
• Degree in Automotive Technology or equivalent professional experience.
• ASE Master Level Certification along with L1 (Advanced Level Emission Certification).
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, utilizing logic, reason, creativity, and strategic planning.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Volkswagen technical products.
• Familiarity with dealer after-sales operations and/or overall dealership operations.
• Process-oriented mindset.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficient negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel (60% required).
