Quality Systems Consultant – Veeva Quality Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for all enhancements, initiatives, and support requests related to assigned account(s).

• Oversee daily project operations, including scheduling, scope, and budget management.

• Deliver regular status updates that encompass project progress, timelines, deliverables, milestones, budgetary considerations, action items, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Facilitate coordination among client stakeholders and manage change control processes.

• Organize daily, weekly, and monthly prioritization of team tasks.

• Handle communications, onboarding, training, and coordination among team members.

• Provide Level 2/3/4 support and perform hands-on configuration in Veeva Vault QualityDocs, Training, and QMS.

• Administer and sustain user accounts, application/document/user security, lifecycles, and workflows.

• Address how-to inquiries and create as well as monitor reports and dashboards.

• Implement minor configuration adjustments to document types, fields, objects, lifecycles, and workflows.

• Assist with release management impact assessments, testing, and readiness for product releases.

• Raise product issues with Veeva or the appropriate vendor support.

• Coordinate with offshore Technical Configurators and other consultants assigned to the respective accounts.

• Onboard and align team members with account-specific procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting or implementing Veeva Vault QualityDocs, Training, or QMS, or a similar eQMS like MasterControl, TrackWise, or SmartSolve.

• Proven experience managing client-facing delivery budgets, schedules, status reporting, and change control.

• Background in the life sciences sector or another GxP-regulated environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
