This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with various teams to establish Quality objectives.

• Curate and sustain essential benchmark datasets.

• Develop and revise training materials and certification assessments.

• Regularly assess annotators against benchmark data to detect discrepancies.

• Perform thorough, double-blind quality audits.

• Act as a trusted annotator, directly managing production labeling.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in data annotation and quality assurance, including reviewing and calibrating the work of other annotators.

• Familiarity with Encord or similar enterprise annotation platforms (e.g., CVAT, Labelbox, SuperAnnotate).

• Proficiency in complex 2D/3D annotation techniques (bounding boxes, polygons, masks).

• Outstanding ability to identify, monitor, and resolve out-of-stock products and edge cases within extensive video datasets, along with defining a justifiable standard for them.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly document standards, rationalize quality decisions, and work collaboratively with a global, cross-functional team.
