Quality Specialist, Complaints

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain adherence to quality plans and programs

• Execute regulatory compliance in collaboration with the Regulatory Affairs Manager

• Oversee Group quality standards and their application within the local Quality Management System (QMS)

• Document and initially evaluate reported incidents of drug risks or potential pharmaceutical-technical defects

• Work in partnership and act as a liaison for other departments concerning complaints

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in coordinating regulatory inspections related to manufacturing and wholesale distribution licenses

• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance

• Proficient in monitoring Group quality standards and local QMS implementation

• Expertise in documenting and assessing reported cases of drug risks

• Ability to collaborate effectively with Customer Service, Key Account Managers (KAMs), and Medical Information
