Quality Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the daily implementation of Evergreen’s clinical quality initiatives.

• Managing the effectiveness of Quality Improvement Specialists (QIS) and associated quality roles.

• Ensuring the uniform execution of quality processes.

• Promoting accountability for closing care gaps.

• Facilitating performance enhancements across HEDIS, Medicare Stars, CKCC, and other value-based care initiatives.

• Making sure that operational practices conform to NCQA accreditation standards.

• Supervising documentation practices, adherence to workflows, and compliance measures.

• Coordinating resources and support teams to achieve program deadlines and deliverables.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, quality assurance, or population health management.

• Familiarity with HEDIS, Medicare Stars, or comparable quality programs.

• Previous experience in team leadership or frontline staff supervision.

• Strong knowledge of care gap closure processes and clinical operations.

• Proficient in utilizing data to enhance execution and performance improvement.

• Understanding of NCQA accreditation or regulatory compliance.

• Experience in supporting audits, surveys, or readiness efforts.

• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams.

• Capable of effectively working in a primarily remote setting:

• Home internet must provide a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps. It is recommended to use cable, fiber, or DSL connections that are hardwired to the internet device.

• Evergreen will supply remote employees with telephony applications and equipment necessary to fulfill their role's business requirements.

• Employees are required to work from a dedicated space free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI / HIPAA information.
