Quality Management Nurse Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Develops, oversees, and coordinates internal projects from initiation to timely completion to achieve business objectives and enhance performance.

• Collaborates with internal personnel across various departments to pinpoint data sources, processes, and activities needed to comply with state regulatory requirements or fulfill the objectives of the Quality Management (QM) program.

• By utilizing innovation, integration, and information, connects quality management activities to business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license without restrictions.

• At least 3 years of experience in quality management care.

• Strong understanding of NCQA standards and requirements.

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

• Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

• Proficient in workplace applications and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, cloud-based document management, virtual communication/collaboration, and project platforms), with the capability to utilize tools to enhance work processes.

• Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and overall quality of reports.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities.

• Adaptable with effective time management skills, including strong organizational capabilities.

• Skilled in motivational interviewing with a positive outlook.

• Self-driven with leadership qualities.

• Project Management Certification.

• CPHQ Certification.

• Ability to analyze and manage substantial amounts of data.

• Associate's degree or diploma in nursing is required.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.
