This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop scalable and maintainable testing frameworks for functional, regression, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to grasp requirements and guarantee thorough test coverage.
• Examine test outcomes, pinpoint issues, and deliver comprehensive reports.
• Keep detailed records of tests, inspections, and QA activities for compliance and ongoing improvement.
• Create test plans, scenarios, and cases based on business, user, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Engage in weekly planning and refinement sessions.
• Contribute to retrospective meetings.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for project organization and tracking.
• Share expertise and mentor junior engineers to enhance automation quality.
• Validate and document the completion of testing and development processes to ensure compliance.
• Proactively recognize and address risks while implementing effective quality systems.
• Report directly to the Manager of Quality Assurance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on automation testing.
• More than 8 years of hands-on experience in test automation.
• At least 2 years of proficiency with Playwright or similar tools.
• Strong programming abilities in C#.
• Familiarity with test management and both manual/automated testing tools.
• Experience in regression, cross-browser, and functional testing.
• Working knowledge/experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans or comparable platforms.
• Understanding of functional, integration, performance, and regression testing methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Capacity to provide insights on best practices and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Candidates must successfully pass a drug test prior to employment.
