This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Assists in managing a global quality management system along with associated business process platforms.
• Offers daily support to system users, sites, and process owners, which includes resolving issues, providing user guidance, and administrative assistance.
• Collects, analyzes, and documents business requirements, converting them into effective workflows, forms, notifications, scripts, reporting, and configuration solutions.
• Configures, develops, tests, and supports solutions for both new and existing quality processes and related business workflows.
• Creates, maintains, or updates scripts and other configuration elements utilized within system workflows and business rules.
• Aids in the intake, scoping, prioritization, and execution of enhancement and project work, ensuring a balance between operational support and approved development priorities.
• Executes system administration tasks such as setting up or removing sites, providing user access support, updating routing teams and groups, and making changes to business structure.
• Assists in testing, validation, deployment, release activities, and hypercare for new solutions, enhancements, and system modifications.
• Monitors post-go-live adoption and process adherence, identifies configuration gaps or workaround behaviors, and escalates potential improvements for standardization.
• Documents business rules, technical design choices, scripts, support procedures, and release notes to enhance system continuity and mitigate dependency risks.
• Collaborates with global and regional process owners to maintain a closed-loop QMS and enhance process accountability, reporting, and system integrity.
• Participates in platform improvement initiatives, including upgrades, automation, integrations, and other strategic quality system projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Generally requires 3–5 years of pertinent experience in quality systems, enterprise applications, business systems analysis, workflow platforms, or comparable environments.
• Proficiency in an Object-Oriented Programming Language.
• Experience in supporting business users, translating requirements, and aiding in solution design and implementation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across support tasks and project-based deliverables.
• Familiarity with workflow configuration, forms, notifications, business rules, scripts, and reporting.
• Experience in coordinating or leading projects, which includes planning, gathering requirements, aligning stakeholders, tracking execution, and providing delivery support in a business systems or process improvement context.
• Prior experience with QMS platforms or similar workflow-based enterprise systems is preferred.
• Understanding of quality processes such as CAPA, RMA, NCR, audit, training, or document control.
• Experience in system testing, validation, deployment support, and hypercare.
• Background in supporting global or multi-site enterprise platforms.
• Experience with systems integration, automation, or connected enterprise applications.
• Experience working in a matrixed organization with cross-functional stakeholders.
