Quality Control Specialist – AI/ML, Thai Language

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Assess completed Display Transcription tasks for precision and consistency.

• Contrast Display Transcription with the original lexical transcript and project criteria.

• Confirm punctuation, capitalization, numbers, dates, times, currencies, abbreviations, and other text normalization rules.

• Ensure that original wording and meanings are accurately maintained.

• Detect and rectify formatting or guideline-related discrepancies.

• Utilize reference audio to clarify ambiguous situations when necessary.

• Consistently apply project-specific quality standards.

• Provide precise feedback and highlight recurring issues when needed.

• Complete assigned QC tasks within project deadlines and productivity expectations.

• Ability to spot inconsistencies and errors in formatted text.

• Ability to work autonomously while meeting quality and productivity goals.

• Prior experience in transcription, proofreading, quality control, annotation, or linguistic projects is advantageous.

• Training and project guidelines will be provided prior to the project's commencement.
