Quality Control Specialist – AI/ML, Portuguese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Evaluate completed Display Transcription tasks to ensure precision and uniformity.

• Compare Display Transcription with the original lexical transcript and adhere to project guidelines.

• Confirm punctuation, capitalization, numerical values, dates, times, currencies, abbreviations, and adherence to text normalization standards.

• Ensure that the original wording and meaning remain intact.

• Detect and rectify formatting or guideline-related discrepancies.

• Utilize reference audio when necessary to clarify ambiguous instances.

• Consistently apply project-specific quality benchmarks.

• Provide constructive feedback and highlight recurring issues when needed.

• Complete assigned quality control tasks within project deadlines and productivity objectives.

• Assess language annotation tasks to guarantee that AI-generated transcripts are transformed into coherent, readable display text.

• Previous experience in transcription, proofreading, quality control, annotation, or linguistic projects is advantageous.
