Quality Control Specialist, AI/ML, Khmer Language

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cambodia.

📋 Description

• Evaluate completed Display Transcription tasks for precision and consistency.

• Cross-check the Display Transcription with the original lexical transcript and project specifications.

• Validate punctuation, capitalization, numbers, dates, times, currencies, abbreviations, and other text normalization standards.

• Ensure that the original wording and meaning remain intact.

• Detect and rectify formatting or guideline-related discrepancies.

• Utilize reference audio as needed to clarify ambiguous instances.

• Consistently implement project-specific quality benchmarks.

• Deliver precise feedback and highlight recurring issues when necessary.

• Complete assigned quality control tasks within project timelines and productivity goals.

• Strong grasp of punctuation, capitalization, and conventions of written language.

• Capability to spot inconsistencies and errors in formatted text.

• Proficiency in adhering to detailed guidelines and applying them consistently.

• Basic computer skills and a dependable internet connection.

• Ability to work autonomously and achieve quality and productivity objectives.

• Previous experience in transcription, proofreading, quality control, annotation, or linguistic projects is advantageous.

• Training and project guidelines will be provided prior to the commencement of the project.
