Quality Control Specialist, AI/ML – Indonesian Language

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Evaluate completed Display Transcription tasks for precision and uniformity.

• Contrast the Display Transcription with the original lexical transcript and the project specifications.

• Confirm the proper application of punctuation, capitalization, numbers, dates, times, currencies, abbreviations, and other text normalization guidelines.

• Ensure that the original wording and meaning are accurately retained.

• Detect and rectify formatting or guideline-related mistakes.

• Utilize reference audio when needed to clarify ambiguous situations.

• Consistently implement project-specific quality benchmarks.

• Deliver precise feedback and highlight recurring issues as necessary.

• Fulfill assigned QC duties within the project's deadlines and productivity goals.

• Capability to spot inconsistencies and errors in formatted text.

• Ability to work autonomously and achieve quality and productivity objectives.

• Prior experience in transcription, proofreading, quality control, annotation, or linguistic projects is an advantage.

• Training and project guidelines will be provided prior to the commencement of the project.
