Quality Control Specialist – AI/ML, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Review completed Display Transcription tasks to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Compare Display Transcription with the original lexical transcript and adhere to project guidelines.

• Confirm punctuation, capitalization, numerical values, dates, times, currencies, abbreviations, and other text normalization standards.

• Ensure that the original words and meanings are maintained.

• Identify and rectify any formatting or guideline-related errors.

• Utilize reference audio when necessary to clarify ambiguous cases.

• Consistently apply project-specific quality standards.

• Provide precise feedback and report recurring issues as needed.

• Complete assigned quality control tasks within project deadlines and productivity objectives.

• Exceptional written communication skills in German, the target language.

• Strong attention to detail and precision.

• Solid understanding of punctuation, capitalization, and conventions of written language.

• Ability to detect inconsistencies and errors in formatted text.

• Capacity to follow detailed guidelines and apply them consistently.

• Basic computer proficiency and a dependable internet connection.

• Ability to work independently while meeting quality and productivity goals.

• Previous experience in transcription, proofreading, quality control, annotation, or linguistic projects is advantageous.

• Training and project guidelines will be provided prior to the project's commencement.
