Quality Control Specialist, AI/ML, English (US)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Review completed Display Transcription tasks to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Compare the Display Transcription with the original lexical transcript and the project guidelines.

• Confirm the proper use of punctuation, capitalization, numbers, dates, times, currencies, abbreviations, and other text normalization rules.

• Ensure that the original wording and meaning are maintained.

• Identify and rectify any formatting or guideline-related errors.

• Utilize reference audio as needed to clarify ambiguous situations.

• Consistently apply project-specific quality standards.

• Provide precise feedback and highlight recurring issues when necessary.

• Complete assigned quality control tasks within project deadlines and productivity goals.

• Exceptional written communication skills in the target language.

• Strong attention to detail and precision.

• Good knowledge of punctuation, capitalization, and conventions of written language.

• Ability to spot inconsistencies and errors in formatted text.

• Capability to adhere to detailed guidelines and apply them consistently.

• Basic computer proficiency and a dependable internet connection.

• Ability to work autonomously and achieve quality and productivity targets.

• Previous experience in transcription, proofreading, quality control, annotation, or linguistic projects is an advantage.

• Training and project guidelines will be provided prior to the commencement of the project.
