Quality Auditor, Eastern Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Prepare GxP audits, ensuring that customer requirements and relevant regulations are met.

• Conduct 40 remote and on-site audits of pharmaceutical providers annually.

• Evaluate compliance with GxP regulations, guidelines, and internal procedures.

• Generate accurate and prompt audit reports.

• Engage in audit report reviews with cross-functional teams.

• Review and evaluate supplier CAPA responses.

• Maintain communication with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders throughout the audit process.

• Stay updated on GxP regulations and industry best practices.

• Assist in the ongoing enhancement of auditing methodologies, procedures, and quality processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotech, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of GMP auditing experience within the pharmaceutical sector.

• Proof of relevant and accredited auditor training or substantial experience in auditing alongside seasoned inspectors.

• In-depth knowledge of international GMP regulations and quality systems.

• Outstanding organizational, communication, and report-writing abilities.

• Professional proficiency in English and Polish, Czech, German, Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian, Slovakian, or Serbian.

• Willingness to travel for on-site audits, both domestically and internationally.
