This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Regularly evaluate internal, client, or vendor case files and records for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to service level expectations and agreements.
• Recognize patterns and opportunities to enhance service efficiency, education, and quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that essential data elements are accurately and consistently captured in the client relationship management system.
• Compile audit findings and present them to the manager for evaluation.
• Provide audit outcomes for quarterly stewardship reports.
• Track ongoing action-item logs and project plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Update vendor resources as part of the mapping program.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
• Support the organization's quality initiatives.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Possess a full adjusting license in one or more provinces.
• Minimum of four (4) years of investigative experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Possess analytical and interpretive skills.
• Demonstrate strong organizational abilities.
• Capable of working independently or within a team environment.
