Quality Assurance Manager, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the Total Quality Management (TQM) program.

• Ensure service standards surpass customer expectations.

• Create systematic approaches for quality assurance.

• Propel continuous process enhancements in partnership with cross-functional teams.

• Provide both functional and disciplinary leadership to the team.

• Conduct one-on-one employee discussions and facilitate individual development.

• Actively engage in recruitment efforts.

• Develop training programs, incentive plans, and internal communication initiatives to foster quality awareness.

• Enhance collaboration across various departments and functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• You reside in Turkey and are looking for a full-time remote position.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.

• Strong experience in quality management, preferably within a BPO, call center, or service-oriented environment.

• Proven leadership experience.

• Comprehensive understanding of quality concepts, methods, and theories related to process enhancement.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.

• Strong assertiveness and influencing capabilities.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Ability to motivate and inspire remote teams.
