Quality Assurance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold procedures for assessing software and its related documentation.

• Identify necessary resources for quality control in information technology.

• Ensure software quality is maintained throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Create software quality assurance strategies.

• Perform both formal and informal reviews at specified stages during the development lifecycle.

• Utilize subject matter expertise in analysis, design, development, modeling, simulation, integration, installation, documentation, and implementation.

• Address issues that require in-depth knowledge of the relevant technical area.

• Implement principles and techniques for specialized environmental, scientific, maintenance and repair, and logistical support solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• IT-II security clearance is required or a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC).

• U.S. citizenship is needed to meet basic federal clearance requirements.

• A clear criminal history check is mandatory.

• No recent or pending bankruptcies are permitted.

• A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience is required.

• Experience in quality assurance and quality control of IT systems is essential.

• Familiarity with verification and validation, software testing and integration, and the use of software metrics for quality control is necessary.

• Experience in delivering oral presentations is preferred.

• Strong oral and written communication abilities are required.

• ITIL v4 Foundation certification is preferred.

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is an advantage.
