Quality Assurance Lead

📋 Description

• Act as the agency's authority on the quality assurance program.

• Oversee quality reporting to detect trends and issues.

• Partner with the Director of Quality & Compliance to develop strategies for enhancing focus areas.

• Establish and oversee action plans for team leads to boost quality performance.

• Develop training materials aimed at enhancing agent quality.

• Analyze weekly performance metrics.

• Design and implement training for agents as needed.

• Elevate the quality standards within Consumer Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable remote position.

• Background in the Property & Casualty insurance sector.

• Proven experience in driving quality enhancements within sales teams.

• Emphasis on compliance and operational efficiency.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance regulations in insurance.

• Capability to inspire and motivate others in a proactive, positive, and assertive manner.

• Familiarity with AI-based quality assurance systems, including their advantages and limitations.

• Must be able to pass a background check prior to commencing employment.
