This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Assist in the Nevada DMV Salesforce Modernization Program by conducting both manual and automated quality assurance testing.
• Evaluate business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Create, implement, and sustain manual test plans, scenarios, cases, and scripts.
• Execute functional, integration, system, regression, end-to-end, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.
• Confirm the integrity of end-to-end business processes across Salesforce and its integrated applications.
• Identify, document, prioritize, track, and verify software defects efficiently.
• Assist with production validation and activities following deployment.
• Work collaboratively with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, Salesforce Administrators, Vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain testing documentation, traceability, test evidence, and other QA artifacts.
• Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, issues, and recommendations.
• Act as QA Lead when the designated QA Lead is unavailable.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts utilizing Copado Robotic Testing.
• Create reusable automation components and regression test suites.
• Analyze automation outcomes and troubleshoot any failures.
• Coordinate testing efforts across project teams and releases.
• Prepare status reports, test summaries, defect reports, regression reports, and results from production validation.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least five (5) years of software quality assurance experience in support of enterprise applications.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in manual functional testing with enterprise applications.
• Proficient in developing test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
• Experience in functional, integration, system, regression, end-to-end, exploratory, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Skilled in validating complex business processes across integrated systems.
• Experience in identifying, documenting, prioritizing, and tracking software defects until resolution.
• Familiarity with reviewing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Background in supporting Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
• At least one (1) year of experience in automated test script development, execution, or maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot automation failures and accurately differentiate between application defects, environmental issues, test data challenges, and script failures.
• Knowledge of reusable automation components and best practices in automation.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Preferred experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT); other comparable enterprise automation tools will be considered.
• Preferred familiarity with Salesforce testing, Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Copado DevOps, Salesforce integrations/API testing, Azure DevOps, Jira, SQL, ISTQB CTFL, and state-government modernization initiatives.
• Access to network and systems.

• Availability of State personnel as required.
