This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Create architecture, establish standards, and develop tools for AI-enhanced end-to-end test execution and infrastructure.
• Design quality solutions for complex, cross-domain enterprise scenarios and integrations across multiple systems.
• Establish and uphold an enterprise testing roadmap.
• Assess quality tools and platforms that incorporate AI-driven test generation and autonomous execution.
• Set data quality standards for test datasets, ensuring referential integrity, coverage, and representation of edge cases.
• Influence LLM-assisted scenario generation, agentic test runners, and AI-generated execution reports.
• Suggest tools for autonomous test execution, defect categorization, and integrations for observability.
• Develop test data pipelines that support autonomous regression execution.
• Create AI-enhanced quality intelligence for defect analysis, risk identification, and readiness for release.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture to advocate for testability in system design.
• Ensure data visibility throughout business workflows and verify data integrity during downstream transitions.
• Conduct impact assessments for changes in source schemas and maintain valid test data catalogs and integration scenarios.
• Work alongside platform engineering to design environment architecture, integrate CI/CD, and provision testing infrastructure.
• Establish quality standards, reusable patterns, and enable self-service provisioning capabilities.
• Build and manage centralized test data catalogs.
• Represent the end-to-end testing practice in architecture, platform, security, and release readiness discussions.
• Define and uphold organizational standards for load testing.
• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or quality engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years dedicated to quality management or data architecture within enterprise settings.
• Proven experience in designing testing solutions across intricate, multi-system integrations.
• Practical experience with relational databases, APIs, and data provisioning in CI/CD environments.
• Background in designing synthetic test data pipelines when production data is not directly applicable.
• Awareness of security engineering principles, encompassing access controls, audit requirements, and data identification in non-production systems.
• Experience collaborating as a technical peer with architecture, platform engineering, or security teams.
• Understanding of AI and automation tools within quality or data engineering.
• Capability to influence technical direction across teams without direct authority.
• Proficient in conveying technical architecture decisions through actionable documentation and standards.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Workday, or other enterprise SaaS solutions is desirable.
• Experience with LLM-assisted test generation, agentic test execution, or AI-enhanced quality intelligence tools is a plus.
• Background in microservices, event-driven architecture, or API-layer integration testing is advantageous.
• Experience in an agile, squad-based engineering environment is preferred.
