Learning Management System Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Configure, scale, and enhance Docebo, encompassing Extended Enterprise, Automations, and Learning Plans.

• Implement governance, domain structures, and manage user permissions effectively.

• Integrate Docebo with HRIS, Salesforce, and SSO/Identity Providers through APIs and webhooks.

• Assess best practices leveraging experience with other LMS platforms to guide ecosystem enhancements.

• Develop automated workflows for onboarding, audience regulations, and compliance monitoring.

• Create dashboards to visualize learning metrics and KPIs.

• Ensure adherence to content compliance with SCORM 1.2/2004 and xAPI standards.

• Act as the primary escalation contact for complex integration or API-related issues.

• Partner with L&D leaders and IT to convert business requirements into technical implementations.

• Oversee the vendor relationship with Docebo.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in LMS architecture, enterprise administration, or learning systems engineering.

• Demonstrated success in technically configuring and scaling Docebo within an enterprise setting.

• Practical technical experience with at least one other major enterprise LMS, such as Workday Learning, Cornerstone, Absorb, or Canvas.

• Strong proficiency in REST APIs, webhooks, SSO (SAML 2.0, OAuth), and e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI, cMI5).

• Capability to establish automated governance models and interpret complex business needs into system architecture.

• Official Docebo certifications are considered an asset.

• Direct experience in executing LMS migrations is a plus.

• Familiarity with Extended Enterprise, including multi-tenant and customer/partner-facing portals, is advantageous.

• Data and analytics skills, such as SQL, Power BI, and Tableau, are beneficial.
