This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Conduct quality assessments of manual fraud determinations and the management of chargebacks/disputes to ensure precision and uniformity.
• Review analyst decisions in relation to internal guidelines, risk management frameworks, and card network regulations (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.).
• Detect patterns of errors, discrepancies, and unique cases throughout various workflows.
• Generate QA reports and insights to showcase performance deficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Fraud Investigations, Customer Experience, and Payments teams to enhance processes.
• Assist in calibration meetings and aid in establishing QA standards, playbooks, and scoring systems.
• Over 1 year of experience in a Quality Analyst position within fraud or chargebacks/disputes operations.
• More than 3 years of experience in fraud operations or chargebacks/disputes in fintech, payments, or high-risk settings.
• Comprehensive knowledge of fraud risk indicators, transaction evaluation, and decision-making frameworks.
• Strong understanding of the chargeback lifecycle, reason codes (Visa / Mastercard), and principles of dispute management.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to spot discrepancies and unique cases.
• Robust analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and trend identification.
• Proficient in providing structured feedback and facilitating enhancements in operational processes.
• Experience in both fraud and disputes workflows.
• Background in crypto or a strong personal interest in the industry.
