This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assess and analyze AI-generated outputs according to established quality standards, evaluation criteria, and defect classification methodologies.
• Detect, categorize, document, and monitor defects to facilitate consistent quality assessment, trend analysis, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Keep precise quality records, defect logs, and resolution tracking to ensure that findings are documented and followed through to completion.
• Examine quality metrics, defect trends, and performance data to pinpoint recurring issues, operational risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Knowledge Management, AI Tuning, Governance, Operations, and other stakeholders to share findings and aid in prompt issue resolution.
• Validate the success of corrective actions by observing quality enhancements and confirming defect resolution through subsequent evaluations.
• Assist in the creation and improvement of quality standards, evaluation methodologies, sampling strategies, and defect taxonomies.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and performance summaries that deliver actionable insights to operational and business stakeholders.
• Engage in calibration sessions to foster uniform evaluation practices and uphold scoring accuracy among reviewers.
• Spot opportunities for enhancing quality processes, reporting, evaluation consistency, and operational performance through ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Achieve or surpass performance targets for relevant KPIs.
• Continuously enhance knowledge of products, services, and processes by partaking in training programs and ongoing learning modules.
• Collaborate with other departments as required.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers and colleagues at all times.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in quality assurance, quality evaluation, compliance, auditing, transaction monitoring, operational quality, or a similar field.
• Experience in evaluating work against specified quality standards, scorecards, policies, or operational procedures.
• Experience in identifying, categorizing, documenting, and monitoring defects or quality issues to support performance enhancement initiatives.
• Preferred experience in conducting calibration activities or applying standardized evaluation methodologies to ensure scoring consistency.
• Experience in analyzing quality metrics, trends, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and recurring issues.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities with the capacity to recognize patterns, assess root causes, and suggest improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the capability to clearly document findings and convey recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Robust organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining evaluation accuracy and consistency.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while ensuring objectivity and attention to detail.
