Quality Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess work outputs against established quality standards, rubrics, and guidelines.

• Detect errors, inconsistencies, and omissions while documenting them comprehensively.

• Deliver structured, actionable feedback to contributors and stakeholders.

• Monitor quality metrics and highlight recurring issues or trends.

• Assist in refining and enhancing quality processes, checklists, and evaluation criteria.

• Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team across various time zones.

• Engage in projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

• Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a comparable review-oriented position.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a keen ability to spot errors that others might overlook.

• Outstanding written communication skills and the capacity to provide clear, constructive feedback.

• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and adapting to evolving standards in a fast-paced environment.

• Dependable internet connection and a quiet, focused workspace.

• Familiarity with data annotation, content review, or evaluation workflows is a plus.

• Experience collaborating with distributed or remote teams is advantageous.

• Background in a relevant technical, editorial, or analytical field is a plus.

• Must operate as an independent contractor.
