This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.
• In this role, you will be tasked with recruiting healthcare professionals for participation in both Qualitative and Quantitative projects.
• You will be responsible for recruiting and scheduling respondents for interviews, as well as following up to confirm their attendance.
• It is essential to ensure that assignments are carried out in accordance with the ISO 20252 / 26362 standards as detailed in the Company’s Quality Manual and relevant procedures, which include industry guidelines (e.g., BHBIA and EphMRA) and other regulatory and client requirements such as Adverse Event Reporting.
• You must be capable of managing multiple assignments at once and effectively organizing your time to consistently meet demanding deadlines.
• A strong confidence in discussing complex healthcare-related issues with patients and professionals across the medical field, including payors and key opinion leaders, is required.
• Provide support with recruitment solutions and delivery to address the evolving needs of the All Global Qualitative and Quantitative business for both the UK and US Field Teams across all US and European Markets.
• Recruiters should be available during office hours to facilitate smooth communication with the appropriate team during projects.
• Quotas will be established throughout the project to ensure that interviewers are on track to meet their final quota and to promote regular communication.
• Not meeting quotas will necessitate a meeting with the project manager to evaluate the situation.
• Daily updates regarding your completed interviews, recruits, and booked appointments must be provided to the project team. These updates should be communicated daily, regardless of your progress. An update sheet will be supplied by the project team, and failure to provide updates will lead to a meeting with the project team to discuss the situation.
• Ad-hoc rota support for Custom Recruitment, including call requests and DotMailer tasks for the quantitative teams, will be required as needed.
• Multilingual Proficiency: We are seeking candidates who are proficient in one or more of the following languages: English, French, German, Italian, or Spanish. Effective communication in these languages is preferred, as you will engage with a diverse, international client base.
