This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Oversee designated projects from the design phase through to construction and final closeout.
• Create and uphold project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
• Supervise project scope, budget, commitments, change orders, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, contractors, vendors, procurement, and field teams.
• Facilitate project meetings and convey status updates, risks, decisions, and necessary actions.
• Handle RFIs, submittals, design modifications, approvals, and all project documentation.
• Coordinate procurement efforts and monitor long-lead materials, equipment, millwork, graphics, and other essential items.
• Work alongside the Superintendent to oversee construction progress and address field issues.
• Recognize schedule, cost, scope, and operational risks, escalating significant issues to program leadership.
• Manage punch lists, turnover documentation, financial reconciliation, and project closure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3 years in project management.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple contracts while driving profitability and growth.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and other advanced project management tools such as ProCore.
• Ability to achieve overarching objectives with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Prior military experience is preferred but not mandatory.
