QC Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct quality control assessments of both intricate and straightforward valuation reports

• Perform Appraisal Reviews in accordance with USPAP Standards 3 and 4

• Provide guidance to internal clients and vendors

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a valid license with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience

• High school diploma or equivalent educational background

• Certified Appraiser; completion of some college coursework or higher; multi-state licensure preferred

• Minimum of 5 years of experience related to appraisal

• Experience in AMC or banking environments

• Familiarity with appraisal processes and appraisal reviews
