QA Triage & Execution Analyst – Pipeline Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the stability, precision, and signal integrity of automated test executions.

• Methodically analyze, debug, and resolve failing scripts throughout the pipelines.

• Execute and oversee pipelines within Azure DevOps.

• Classify failures into categories such as test defects, environmental issues, data concerns, or code-related problems.

• Conduct script-level debugging and root cause analysis utilizing Playwright and Selenium.

• Identify underlying issues, including flaky selectors, synchronization/timing anomalies, assertion mismatches, and data dependency failures.

• Validate API failures by using Postman or GraphQL tools.

• Review logs and telemetry data using App Insights and pipeline logs.

• Monitor trends and deliver triage reporting.

• Excellent debugging and analytical capabilities.

• Proficiency in logs, APIs, and UI troubleshooting.

• Understanding of the test automation lifecycle.

• Experience with observability tools, including App Insights and Azure monitoring.

• Experience in Mortgage/FinTech is a plus.
