QA Triage & Execution Analyst, Pipeline Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the stability, precision, and signal quality of automated test executions throughout the pipelines.

• Execute and oversee pipelines within Azure DevOps.

• Classify failures as test defects, environmental issues, data-related problems, or code-related challenges.

• Debug automation scripts and conduct root cause analysis at the script level.

• Examine flaky selectors, synchronization or timing problems, assertion mismatches, and data dependency failures.

• Validate API failures utilizing Postman or GraphQL tools.

• Review logs and telemetry data using Application Insights and pipeline logs.

• Monitor trends and provide triage reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional debugging and analytical capabilities.

• Proficient in logs, APIs, and troubleshooting UI issues.

• Understanding of the test automation lifecycle.

• Experience with observability tools, including Application Insights and Azure monitoring.

• Preferred: Experience in the Mortgage or FinTech sectors.
